How Difficult is Cutting Gluten, Diary and Sugar?

Aside from eating well, it is more important to cut these substances from your diet. The problem with gluten (wheat, wheat pasta) is the fact that flour has been modified. It may be too early to get the effect of modified food but if you use basic logic, humans are unable to create a single mosquito; thus, why should we take any chances with modified food.


Only eat when the Sun goes up and stop eating when the Sun goes down. Wake up when the Sun goes up and do your best to go to sleep when the Sun goes down. Your body will love you if you do your best to follow these steps.



Only eat what nature gives you and you will lose that belly fat. Obviously exercising will definitely help but it can be very simple activities. For instance every morning just put your hands up in the victory position with your hands up in the air for 20 seconds every day: it is very simple. In addition, find different variations that make you lift your legs near the region of your belly for 5 to 10 times a day. Thus all you have to do are two exercises each morning.

I lost twenty pounds just by doing these simple steps, I am 39 years young and I feel like I was 17 years old.
